LetsKeepWalking is designed to support those who walk to keep fit. Walking is the easiest and most natural form of exercise. It strengthens the heart, lowers blood pressure, keeps weight in check, tones your body, boost energy levels, keeps you fit and healthy.

To participate in this fitness journey you need to get a pedometer , open an account  (free), study the rules  , walk daily and log your steps.
