To discourage unhealthy practices a limit of 40,000 steps has been placed on the number of steps you can enter in a day. This limit would be relaxed on special weekends for those who want to beat their personal best scores
No minimum steps, walk at your own pace although doctors recommend a minimum of 10,000 steps a day to keep fit and stay healthy
This season's theme is "Discover the 50 most populous cities in the world" and would last for 12 months. It would involve a virtual visit to each of these cities
